About Us

Hobbs & Co. is a family-owned and operated business, importing quality wines into the province of Ontario since 1992. We are licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario to distribute to both licensed establishments and private clientele. A number of additional wines from producers that we represent are available through the LCBO Vintages and Classics catalogues.

Our portfolio includes over 50 producers from Canada, the U.S., Chile, France, Italy, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Some are family enterprises whose traditions date back several centuries. Others are dynamic young producers who are making a splash integrating Old World traditions with New World technology. Rounding out our portfolio are several co-operative enterprises whose great value wines have seen tremendous improvement in recent years. All have received accolades in local or world competitions and have been favourably critiqued by national and international wine journalists.

Wines are available by the case lot for purchase from the LCBO in Ontario only. We offer daily delivery Monday to Friday within Toronto, usually within three business days of receipt of order (minimum 2 cases). Elsewhere in the province, deliveries are made by courier within three to five business days, with a minimum 2 or 3 case order, depending on the destination. Alternatively, wine can be shipped to and picked up at your neighbourhood LCBO store. Minimum order 1 case. Allow two to three weeks for delivery. To order, please call 416.694.3689.
